All 1-2-1 sessions will take place in a private facility away from the busy gym floor and members of the public. We will never have to compete for equipment or feel conscious of being watched. The gym is fitted with a heater-cooler unit to keep it the ideal training temperature year-round and the workout playlist is up to you!
I started training when I was 18 and instantly developed a passion for exercise and movement. I have 8+ years of training experience experimenting with a variety of training methods. Alongside attending the gym I've always been involved in sports through football, tennis, and endurance running. I'm a strong advocate of using exercise as a vehicle to improve mental health and well-being.
I have now been a Personal Trainer for 4+ years, first starting in a local gym and then going on to coach at David Lloyds for 2 years before setting up my own Personal Training business. Over this time I have built up my skill set coaching clients of all abilities and ages. I feel well equipt to design and coach high-level training and nutritional programs orientated around your goals.
