I can offer you a fresh perspective, tailored training programs, personalised nutrition plans, introduce advanced training techniques, and provide regular check-in support needed to break through plateaus to help you achieve optimal results.
Using the "Trainerize" app I'll design a training plan specifically created to help you work towards your goals. Whether you train in a gym or at home I will give you the appropriate framework to put you on the path to success. Trainerize App features include demonstrations of all exercises within the plan, timed rest breaks, and tracked progress from one week to the next. Daily tasks set in your calendar will give you structure around your workouts and help you to develop healthy habits for life.
The key to success will usually come down to having clear nutritional guidelines to follow. You will get a personalised nutrition plan to follow designed around your goal. I will teach you how to track calories and macro-nutrients accurately within the App to keep you accountable to the plan bringing about your best results.
Twice per week, Weekly or Bi-weekly check-ins will help keep you accountable to the plan in place, knowing you will be reporting back on your weeks training and nutrition. We will discuss your tracked progress and give training feedback to make any necessary adjustments to the plan. We can use this time to analyze form and improve exercise technique/tempo of any training clips you've filmed throughout the week. I will provide support, motivation, and education contributing to your success in achieving your fitness goals and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
All progress will be tracked on the App depending on your goal. Options include:
Progress photos, biometric measurements, weigh-ins, tracked performance goals and heart health metrics. This will keep you continually working toward your goal knowing where you started and what you've achieved.

Online coaching comes at a monthly charge depending on the number of check-ins you have per month. Check-ins will last 30 minutes via video call and can take place, bi-weekly, once per week or twice per week depending on the level of support you desire.
