Weekly in-person sessions where I'll work with you to improve the technique and execution of your exercises. I will keep you working at a suitable intensity encouraging you through the sessions. Most importantly I'll ensure you always understand why you are doing what you are doing and expand your knowledge throughout the process.
Train with a partner to boost group motivation and save money by splitting the cost. Sessions will be designed around your joint goals and levels of ability. This is a great way to help keep each other accountable and enjoy the process together!
Using the "Trainerize" app I'll design a training plan specifically created to help you work towards your goals. Whether you train in a gym or at home I will give you the appropriate framework to put you on the path to success.
The key to success will usually come down to having clear nutritional guidelines to follow. You will get a personalised nutrition plan to follow designed around your goal with all the support and advice you need to remain consistent throughout the journey.
All sessions will take place in my private facility so we will never have to wait to get on a machine, deal with faulty equipment or listen to generic gym music when we train!
